Spacious 3 bedroom home centrally located in med center area , 3 Bedrooms with 2 Full Bathrooms and King-sized Beds in all bedrooms. Our house is conveniently located in the med center area. High-speed internet is free for guests. Nice work-space in the livingroom that is laptop friendly. Two car driveway for parking. 15 minutes to Seaworld, Six Flags. LaCantera, 20 minutes to downtown San Antonio. Privacy fenced back yard with 2 tables and enough seating for 8.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
